SearchTechLab is a boutique technical SEO practice based in Mignaloux-Beauvoir, just outside Poitiers — not a department pretending to be an agency, and not a template with a logo swapped in.
Where the work actually happens
The lab operates from a single address in the Vienne — 5 All. des Myosotis, 86550 Mignaloux-Beauvoir. Every audit runs from there, against your live site, by someone who reads the crawl and the log file directly rather than forwarding an automated report. That's a deliberate scope decision, not a limitation we're working around: a lab this size can go deep on a small number of engagements at once, which is the trade a much larger agency doesn't make.

- We don't take on enterprise, multi-market programs beyond a lab's real capacity — talk to us first; we may tell you it's not a fit.
- We don't guarantee rankings. Nobody honest can, and anyone who does is selling something other than SEO.
- We don't run generalist "does everything" retainers. Every engagement maps to a named method, run against a named problem.
- We're not the right fit if you want a large account team, a dedicated project manager, and standing weekly calls — that's a different, and more expensive, kind of practice than this one.
