Refund & Cancellation Policy

One-off audits and reports
(Core Technical Audit, Deep Crawl & Log-File Audit, AI Visibility Baseline, On-Page Sprint, Local Foundation, Hreflang & Multi-Market Audit.)
- Before work starts: cancel any time for a full refund. Email support@searchtechlab.com with your order reference.
- Once work has started but before delivery: contact us — a partial refund may apply depending on work already completed; we'll confirm the amount in writing before processing it.
- Once the report is delivered: non-refundable. The deliverable has been supplied in full, digitally, and — per the explicit acknowledgement collected at checkout — the 14-day withdrawal right that would otherwise apply to a consumer purchase has been waived for immediate digital delivery.
Monthly growth programs
(AI Visibility Program, Content Engine, Local Growth, Bilingual Growth Program.)
- Every monthly program has a 3-month minimum term from its confirmed start date.
- After the minimum term, either party may end the program with 30 days' written notice (an email to or from support@searchtechlab.com is sufficient).
- The program continues, and continues to be invoiced, for the full notice period — there is no pro-rata refund for a partial month or for time remaining once notice is given.
- Ending a program before the 3-month minimum term is only possible by mutual written agreement; the minimum-term fee otherwise remains payable.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email support@searchtechlab.com with your order reference (format STL-2026-XXXXXX) and what you'd like to do. We confirm every cancellation or refund request in writing, including the amount (if any) and the date it takes effect.
Consumer withdrawal right
Where French/EU consumer-protection law grants a 14-day withdrawal right and that right has not been separately waived (see the one-off section above), it applies in addition to, not instead of, the terms on this page.
